If you are having a sit-down event the facility has seating capacity on the 2nd floor Loft and Mezzanine area for estimated 129 Persons. This results in an overall building capacity of 213 persons for the building.
If you are considering a Tapa’s (Hors D’oeuvres) style mingling-event then the facility has the ability to host 298 persons.
These are limitations established by state building code based on the form of use.
Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?
Absolutely. The Barn is large enough to host a wedding up to 298 people in a mingling style event, but the floor plan can accommodate a dance floor, and conversational areas simultaneously.

A site visit is required to determine if the barn is suitable for your event, and we do this to limit phishing attempts.
Non-wedding events, or smaller events, are negotiated individually based on attendance, duration, and style of event.

Event insurance is an insurance policy that protects your investment in a specific event. It helps cover your costs if you are found liable for an injury to an attendee caused during your event or are responsible for property damage at the venue you are renting.
Contract Pricing is based on an estimated number of attendees. You get complete use of inside and outside of the barn. We supply 5’ foot round tables, 6’ foot rectangular tables or 8’ rectangular tables and 1,000 Lb-rated white resin folding chairs. We have an on-site DJ system, A bar with stools, refrigeration for drinks, and ice chest. The facility has separate Men’s, Women’s, and Family rest rooms. We have a pre-flight landing lounge for bridal parties to assemble separately in advance of a guest arrival, seating and the formal introduction announcement. Do you have an On-site Freezer - Yes, we have a walk-in refrigerator for your or your caterer's needs. We monitor the refrigerator via wifi to make sure it is working at all times. At times we extend the refrigerator into the adjacent walk in refrigerator for more refrigeration space.
We do not supply linens, tableware / flatware, flowers, food / beverages or bartender for the bar, music, photos, refuse disposal, or event clean up.
How much does it cost to hire a vendor? Do you supply the food and bar service?
We do not provide this service but are willing to assist you with directing you to local people who have supported events in the area and/or at our facility in the past. See our vendor page.
Yes....a fee is required to reserve [HOLD] your date. "Booking" the barn requires a BOOKING FEE payment of $1,500. This payment goes towards your Total Facility Use FEE payment.
There is a $250 security deposit that after your wedding will be returned pending inspection. The security deposit is returned as long as the premises and all contents are left clean to the degree of a large event had taken place and furniture, bathrooms, grounds, and structure are undamaged from your event. Deposit will be impacted if any cleaning is necessary above what is deemed acceptable or if there was damage or items taken from the premises.
Most wedding barns become available around 11am. Our facility is available starting at 9am the day of your event. If you are using a caterer to set up your tables, they typically arrive 3 hours prior. We do encourage you to think about the timing of your event. This is a barn and while we have some air conditioning this will not cool a structure this size to a cool 70 degrees. It will likely keep the temperatures within approximately 10 degrees of outside temperature and lower the room humidity. Evening Affairs that knit nicely into our dance club setting will bring maximum benefit and enjoyment to your guests.
The latest music can go is 10pm on a Friday or Saturday. All cleanup of decorations, gifts, etc must be completed by 11pm and all guests and wedding party should plan to be offsite by that time. On Weekdays & Sunday's music should end at 9pm. There is also no tailgating permitted once the wedding/event has ended.
Can we host the rehearsal wedding at the Barn?
Absolutely, just keep in mind that since we may book events for a Friday and Saturdays on the same weekend - if the wedding barn is available the evening before your wedding, you are more than welcome to use it for your rehearsal. Rehearsals are allotted a one hour time slot of your choice - which based on experience should be plenty of time to do a few practice walks and organizing everyone. Otherwise, Thursday evenings are left open and are available for any weddings booked for a particular weekend. Rehearsals are allotted one hour time segments.
The Barn is not a heated venue so it is only available currently spring through early fall. We have 4 tons of air conditioning capacity. The ceilings are close to 24 feet tall and the concrete floor on the first floor keeps the space comfortable. We also have large barn fans to move the air in case the temperatures are extremely warm. Again, with the various entry doors open we get good cross breezes.
Parking is on a mowed grass field. Depending on the size of your event/wedding there will be one parking attendant present one hour prior to the ceremony or start of event. We will direct guests where to park. For safety we have solar lighting when guests leave. Smaller Parties events will self park as there is ample parking and we have good on site signage to assist smaller events.
We took a lot of time to plan our sanitary facilities to accommodate your guests, we offer the following:
Two Stall with Farm Trough urinal, Men’s Room;
Three stall Women’s room;
& a single family restroom with baby changing table.
No Porta-Potties required!
